Warm, comfortable gîte decorated and furnished in a bohemian spirit. The gîte has a beautiful sunny veranda facing the Aiguilles de Warens and the Arpenaz waterfall. Large flower-filled garden with trees and above-ground swimming pool available for summer use! Sallanches center 4km away.

60 m2 single-storey gîte on the ground floor of the owner's cottage.
Independent access (entrance via the gîte terrace). Kitchen opening onto living room (veranda): sofa, armchairs, wood-burning stove, bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm). Bathroom/wc.
Private terrace with garden furniture. In summer: above-ground pool, barbecue, hammock, deckchairs and games for children. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Center of Sallanches 4km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 13km. In summer: swimming at Les Ilettes (2km) or Passy (7km). Ski at Cordon (10km), Combloux (12km) or Megève (15km). Chamonix 30 minutes away, Annecy 50 minutes. The owner has 1 dog (very friendly) with free access to the garden.
