Warm, comfortable gîte decorated and furnished in a bohemian spirit. The gîte has a beautiful sunny veranda facing the Aiguilles de Warens and the Arpenaz waterfall. Large flower-filled garden with trees and above-ground swimming pool available for summer use! Sallanches center 4km away.

60 m2 single-storey gîte on the ground floor of the owner's cottage.
Independent access (entrance via the gîte terrace). Kitchen opening onto living room (veranda): sofa, armchairs, wood-burning stove, bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x190cm). Bathroom/wc.
Private terrace with garden furniture. In summer: above-ground pool, barbecue, hammock, deckchairs and games for children. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Center of Sallanches 4km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 13km. In summer: swimming at Les Ilettes (2km) or Passy (7km). Ski at Cordon (10km), Combloux (12km) or Megève (15km). Chamonix 30 minutes away, Annecy 50 minutes. The owner has 1 dog (very friendly) with free access to the garden.

JB Superbe !
Un très bel endroit où se reposer. Très charmant et en tout point correspondant à la description! Proche de tous commerces et activités tout en étant éloigné du flux touristique. 15/20mn des stations, top départ de randonnées. Vue du coin du feu assez incroyable!

Les petits Belges Excellent Séjour
Superbe gîte chaleureux, décoré avec soin et amour, avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes.
Le jardin est adorable. On s'y sent vite comme chez soi. Un réel petit havre de paix. La literie est parfaite ainsi que la propreté. Le chalet est aussi très bien équipé.
La localisation est idéale : au calme mais proche de tout à la fois pour les excursions. Pas trop de kilomètres.
Quant à l'accueil de notre hôte, il est sincèrement topissime.
Martine est prévenante mais discrète.
Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour toutes vos petites attentions dès notre arrivée. De délicieuses confitures maison, des chocolats et autres gourmandises.
Que dire de votre tarte aux tomates et de votre tarte aux pommes? Un régal pour nos papilles !
Rien ne vous oblige à être aussi prévenante et généreuse avec vos hôtes, mais vous êtes comme ça .
Vous aimez faire plaisir.
