First floor (small step for access): Entrance hall with cupboard, lounge area with wall-mounted TV, club/Chesterfield-style sofas, wood-burning stove (wood supplied). Two small steps lead up to dining area with large table for 8. Fitted kitchen with central island, American fridge and plenty of storage space. Storeroom behind kitchen with separate toilet/hand-washing facilities. Access to laundry room with washing machine and dryer, washbasin and cleaning equipment near the living area.
Staircase to first floor: bedroom 1 with 160 cm bed, sofa, wall-mounted TV and storage space. Private bathroom (Italian shower, double washbasin, separate WC, access to small balcony). Bedroom 2, identical, with a single washbasin in the shower room. Between the two, large room fitted out as a relaxation/reading area with 2 folding beds/canapés (140 cm, 100 cm) and a bed (80 cm). Parquet flooring and glazed area.
South-west terrace with furniture, deckchairs and electric barbecue.
Wifi access. Sheets, household linen and towels provided. Beds made up on arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning included. Pets on request only. Private parking on site.
