Close to hiking trails and ski slopes, 44m² cosy gîte on the first floor of the owners' chalet.
Separate entrance.
Kitchen opening onto living room (TV, 1 single bed, sofa bed).
Bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm.
Bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet.
Terrace in front of the gite with garden furniture, deckchairs and small barbecue. Land, parking. Shared courtyard.
Electric underfloor heating. Please bring your own towels. Sheets provided.
Skiing in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 2km, La Chapelle d'Abondance 8km, Châtel 15km. Shuttle bus 2.5km away. Ski/luge fun area in Abondance. Lac Léman, Thonon Les Bains, Thermes 27km away. Numerous hikes from the gîte.
Stay 2 weeks -5%. Additional deposit of €100 for pets. For more than 2 people, a supplement of €30 will be charged per additional person.

Accueil chaleureux du Mr Berthoud. Gite chaleureux avec tout le confort, tranquille pour se reposer ce que nous recherchions et avec un temps superbe pour aller ce balader sur les conseils de Mr Berthoud. Village sympathique avec tous les commerces.

Astrid Magnifique appartement
Un accueil très chaleureux par Mr Berthoud malgré l’arrivée tardive, magnifique séjour dans ce très bel appartement esprit montagne et bien chauffé. Mr Berthoud est une personne exceptionnelle. Il nous a fait découvrir en randonnée raquettes son refuge sur le Mont de Grange, le jour de Noël avec un délicieux picnic ! C’est un champion de ski qui connaît la montagne! Merci pour tout cher Denis Berthoud, nous étions au paradis grâce à vous

Virginie Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à l'astragale dans ce gîte tout confort ou rien ne manque, idéalement situé à 3 mn du centre d'abondance en voiture.
Le soleil et la chaleur était au rdv.
Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse plein sud entourés d une nature verdoyante et d une vue superbe sur les sommets environnants.Le propriétaire Mr Berthoud est une personne exceptionnelle et généreuse un passionné de sa région qui saura vous guider et vous conseiller sur les différentes randonnées à faire.
Nous avons été si bien accueillis, nous étions comme à la maison.
