77m2 gîte on the raised first floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse, including owner's accommodation (upstairs).
Private entrance from balcony (or shared entrance via hall).
In the gîte: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (sofas, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm).
Shower room, separate toilet.
Possibility of renting bed linen. Parking space in garage (street level), or parking in front of gîte.
Balcony, private wooden terrace (access by steps) with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue (in summer). Central heating.
Hiking from the gîte in all seasons.
Winter skiing: Les Houches ski area 8.5km, Le Bettex 14km, Megève 23km. Chamonix town center 15km away.
Nearby hiking trails, Gorges de la Diosaz 2.5km, rock-climbing 3km. St Gervais-Les-Bains thermal baths 10km away.

Carole Gite très agréable
Appartement aménagé dans un chalet ancien, moderne et confortable, spacieux, avec une très belle vue et de nombreuses promenades accessibles directement depuis le gîte. Propriétaire disponible et sympathique.

Arnaud Séjour à la montagne en famille
Excellent logement avec une vue incroyable sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Très bon point de départ pour des balades et activités en montagne.
Appartement assez spacieux, bien équipé, avec jardin parfait pour déjeuner dehors avec la vue.
L'accueil et le support du propriétaire ont été parfaits. Un grand merci.

Family Netherlands Nice appartement
We had a wonderful stay in the spacious apartment. very friendly owner, beautiful view of the Mont Blanc mountains, fantastic location. nice balcony and garden with furniture next to the house. owner is available if needed, but respects guests' privacy!
