110m2 Holiday cottage on the 1st and 2nd floors of a house that also includes 2 other owner's apartments.
Each has its own private entrance. Access to 1st floor via independent staircase.

1st floor: open-plan kitchen, living room and sitting area (TV, sofa, armchairs), shower room, separate toilet.
-Upstairs: bedroom 1 (2 beds 90cmx190cm, can be made into a 180cm bed on request, TV, adjoining mountain area with a 90cmx 190cm bed), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV, baby bed), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, TV), shower room (Italian shower, wc).

Balcony accessible from living room with table and 2 chairs. Private ski/utility room.
Parking next to front door.

Samoëns village center 200m away (shops, entertainment). Grand Massif ski area 500m away (Grand Massif Express), free shuttle bus 200m away. Ice rink 500m away. Open in winter (ice version) and summer (multisport surface).
Base de loisirs 1km away: tennis, swimming pool in summer, mini-golf, water golf, fishing pond, playground, supervised swimming in the lake in summer.
In summer, numerous Hiking trails in the Grand Massif area or in the Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve.
