On the 2nd floor of a building, 35 m² apartment comprising a living area with a 3-seater sofa bed (140x190cm), dining area with high table and fitted kitchen opening onto living room. Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen.
Access corridor to bedroom (140x190cm bed, parquet flooring) and bathroom (bath/shower, radiator...). Separate WC.
Stairs up to apartment (building without elevator). Individual boiler (hot water and heating) located in kitchen (may emit some noise during operation).
Pay parking at the bottom of the building. Cellar and bike room.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen supplied. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets allowed at extra cost.
Centrally located in the heart of the City, with numerous shops, restaurants and quick access to Public transport (bus stop 'Rue de Seyssel' 130 m away). Nearby: exhibitions at the Turbine, walks along the Thiou... Annecy city center/Lake can be reached on foot (10 minutes), by bike or by bus. Annecy's City with its sights, traditional Market, shops and restaurants 1.5 km away.

    Petite venise

    Bien situé, proche du centre ville et de la gare.
    Appartement confortable et bien équipé situé dans un quartier calme. Belle ville, ses canaux nous transportent en quelques sortes à Venise. Le lac et ses environs sont magnifiques.
    Nous avons particulièrement aimé visiter les Jardins secrets de Vaulx et les gorges du Fier. Bref bon séjour.

    Bon appartement

    Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas du centre ville, et non loin du lac (en vélo).
    Le logement est très bien équipé.
    Cependant c'est mal isolé et on entend beaucoup dans les communs ainsi que les voisins du dessus (compliqué quand on a un bébé avec nous).
    Peut-être qu'il serait sympa d'intégrer également le box à la location du logement, sans le faire payer en plus pendant la semaine (car places payantes dans la rue).

    Fonctionnel

    Logement très fonctionnel qui dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin lors d'un séjour (condiments, serviettes de toilette.....).
    L'appartement est très propre et bien situé, à 10 min à pieds du centre commercial (courrier) et non loin de la vieille ville.
    La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible.

    En revanche, l'immeuble est ancien et mal insonorisé.

    Ruelles insolites et blue turquoise

    L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville ancien, c'est vraiment agréable.
    L'appartement est confortable et fonctionnel. Il est localisé dans un endroit calme.
    Très content de ce séjour à Annecy, une ville qui se prête à la déambulation et au farniente!
