85m2 gîte on 2 levels on the 2nd floor of an old renovated farmhouse which also includes 3 other gîtes, as well as the owners' accommodation (on the first floor).
Shared entrance at the rear of the house for all 4 gîtes. Kitchen opening onto large living room (Tv, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm). Bed linen included. Wifi Internet access.
South-facing balcony with deckchairs (mountain and waterfall views). Shared grounds with 2 forest tables and gas barbecue.
Shared laundry room with the 3 other gîtes.
Parking at the foot of the house, along the road.
Village center 650 m away. Grand Massif ski area via the Grand Massif Express gondola 1.7km away (shuttle bus stop 150 m away). In summer: hiking trails 500m away.
Numerous hikes in the Cirque du Fer-A-Cheval nature reserve, 12km away.
Lac bleu de Morillon leisure park 5.5km away (swimming in summer, accrobranche, ponies...). Samoëns swimming pool 2km away.
Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva around 1h00 by car.

Quatrième séjours pour nous et une fois de plus ravis de notre passage à Samoens. L’aouille est pour nous le gîte parfait pour une semaine calme et reposante entre amis. L’espace, la propreté, la qualité de la literie sans oublier le sourire de la discrète propriétaire, tout y est pour s’y sentir bien

C est la 2ème fois pour nous et nous y reviendrons le logement est tres bien la pièce de vie est suffisamment grand les chambres également la terrasse est un vrai plus la cuisine est salle de bain pareille même si quelle étagère serait les les bienvenus pour pouvoir poser nos affaires de toilette
Corinne est tres accueillante la proximité du centre de samoens est tres agréable- Cleanliness
