At the gateway to the Aravis mountains, chalet restored by the owner, a craftsman, using quality materials, comprising 2 gîtes and the owners' accommodation. Spacious gîte (104m² including 9m² attic) on 1st floor from access at rear of chalet. Separate entrance.
Entrance hall, kitchen opening onto dining room and relaxation area (wood-burning stove, mountain views), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200), shower room, separate toilet.
Duplex: living room, bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 90x200), bathroom/wc. Sheets/towels provided.
Terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared laundry/ski room, parking.
Town center 2.5km, Ski: Aravis resorts (La clusaz, Gd Bornand) 9km, Annecy 21km, Lac 16km. Hiking, via ferrata nearby. Weekends on request.

Séjour à Thônes

Superbe logement au calme, très proche de la Clusa 5mn en voiture de Thônes.Très confortable en duplex avec un beau salon à l'étage.Excellent accueil.Nous remercions nos hôtes très arrangeants pour nos vélos et porte vélos.correspond aux photos.

Séjour merveilleux dans un logement de qualité, très confortable avec vue sur les montagnes.
Suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme mais proche de tous commerces indispensables.
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui mettent à disposition de la documentation et prennent le temps de nous présenter la région et toute sa richesse.

Accueil cordial et chaleureux par les propriétaires, sur site comme au téléphone. Cadre majestueux, vue splendide depuis le séjour. Et avec la météo clémente en sus, un séjour en tous points réussi.
