In the heart of the typical old village of Chinaillon, with magnificent views of the mountains and slopes, authentic detached chalet (100m²) built in 1802, the first floor of which has been entirely restored to create a warm, mountain atmosphere.
Kitchen, living room, sofa, TV, with access to balcony/terrace, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160 x 200 cm), communicating bedrooms 2 and 3 (bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190 cm, bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90 + extra bed 90x190cm), bathroom (bathtub), shower area, 2 separate toilets, large storage/laundry room (washing machine, shoe dryer).
Covered terrace, balcony. Deckchairs, garden furniture. Private parking. Central heating.
Ski: Grand-Bornand / Chinaillon 600m, cross-country skiing on site. Shuttles 300m away. Lake Annecy (swimming) 33km. Hiking from the gite.

L'equipée sauvage Week-end rando
Nous avons séjourné un long week-end pour profiter des balades, finalement il a neigé pendant 2 jours. Le gîte est bien équipé, pratique, fonctionnel. Belle terrasse. De nombreux sentiers de randonnée au départ du village. Nous serons obligé de revenir pour un prochain week-end ensoleillé.
