In the heart of the Borne valley, close to the Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand) and numerous Hiking trails, Holiday cottage (140m²) on the 1st floor of an old renovated farmhouse that also includes the owners' accommodation on the 2nd floor.
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen with access to terrace, living/dining room (sofa, pellet stove), Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140, terrace access), Bedroom 2 (3 beds 90), shower room, separate WC. Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160) with private shower room and WC. South-facing terrace (on the same level as the Holiday cottage) with garden furniture and barbecue, balcony, small plot of land. Bed linen provided. Ski: Grand-Bornand 5km, La Clusaz 8km. Annecy (Lake and Beaches) 28km, Geneva 40km, Chamonix 75km.

acmb vacances à la neige
un gite très bien situé, à 15 minutes des pistes du Grand Bornand, équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Assez grand pour toute la famille avec un espace à l'extérieur très agréable en ce mois de mars printannier.
Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et ont réparé le moindre souci!

Gite montagnard très spacieux et confortable. Accueil généreux et sympathique des propriétaires, à l'écoute mais discrets. Gite à recommander pour un séjour en famille.

Gîte propre, spacieux et typiquement savoyard, parfaitement adapté aux enfants : lit bébé, table à langer, chaise haute, terrasse fermée… Tout est pensé pour les familles.
Les petits plus : un trampoline et des poules !Gisèle est très agréable (encore merci pour les quelques noix et la délicieuse confiture).
Le gîte est très confortable, situé dans un écrin de verdure avec une superbe vue. On profite du bruit des cloches des vaches et du ruisseau tout proche, c’est très apaisant.Il faut simplement prendre la voiture pour visiter les alentours, mais rien n’est très loin.
