35m2 single-storey apartment on the first floor of a chalet-style house that also includes 2 other owner-occupied apartments (on the 1st and 2nd floors).
View of the surrounding mountains (ski area, Aiguille Verte).
Separate entrance from courtyard: integrated kitchenette opening onto living room (TV, rapido-type sofa bed offering comfortable 140x190cm sleeping space), bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm, dressing area), shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue (planned for summer 2020).
Bed linen provided. Wifi Internet access. Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte. Ski room, laundry room shared with owners (washing machine).
Ski: Princesse cable car 300m away (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area). Shops 1.5km away. Megeve town center and Palais des Sports (pool, skating rink, wellness area...) 3km away.
Combloux and Lac Biotope 2km away (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc). Equestrian center 400 m away. Tennis court next to the house available on request.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 7.5km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 35 minutes away by car.
The house is 100m from the Combloux-Megève main road.

Rukas Great place to stay
We had a great stay. Literally a few minutes walk in ski boots to the princess gondola, which gives you access to the main Megève ski area. We also drove to Les Contamines twice during our stay which was easy and a great place to ski also. Accomodation was extremely clean and perfect for a weeks skiing for a family of 4. Living room sofa bed was good too. Great to have a full size oven also. Would stay here again when skiing in this area.
Le Devers in Combloux is a great little bar with small food dishes available also.- Cleanliness
