Panoramic view of the Aravis mountain range from this 37m² gîte on the raised first floor of a renovated, semi-detached farmhouse that also includes the owners' living quarters.
Independent entrance via private terrace.
Kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (1 x 140x190cm bed), small bedroom (2 x 90x190cm bunk beds), shower room, separate toilet.
Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha. Mountain views.
1-car garage (ski/bike room), parking in front of gîte.
Underfloor central heating. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
La Clusaz ski area 200m. Shuttles 50m. Resort center (all shops) 1.5km. Lac des Confins (fishing) 6km. Numerous hiking trails nearby. Annecy and its lake 31km. Owners' working farm 1.5km away. Owners' farm 1.5km (can be visited).

Kiki Pour de belles vacances ...
Petite location idéale pour un couple (voire un ou deux enfants grâce aux lits superposés indépendants de la chambre)
Localisation en impasse en dehors du centre (10 minutes à pied) : calme et tranquille
Possibilité de poser la voiture sous abri
Très bons fromages de la ferme des propriétaires à 100 m
Terrasse très agréable

Chris Gite très agréable
Gîte très bien situé et très calme. L’accueil de la propriétaire est parfait et le petit cadeau fait plaisir. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un superbe week-end merci.
