Just a few minutes from the slopes, shops, and activities in Le Grand-Bornand, summer and winter alike. 3 bedrooms, gaming room, 2 bathrooms. An ideal place to get together as a couple, with family, or with friends and savor the authentic Mountain experience.

This single-story holiday cottage (1 step) has a lovely atmosphere; it’s housed in a traditional farmhouse where the ground floor has been renovated. The upper floor is unoccupied; in the lower part of the building, there are only 2 horses present during a certain time of year (approximately November through April). Quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac.

- 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x200cm, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x200cm that can be joined to form 1 double bed upon request), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm)
- Gaming room: BZ-style sofa bed, foosball table.
- Bathroom: shower, countertop sink, towel warmer.
- Laundry room with washing machine and sink.

Courtyard, on-site parking. Active family farm next door (cows graze in the alpine pastures during the summer—approximately June through October).

The Grand-Bornand ski area is 2.5 km away, with a shuttle stop 800 m away. 700 m away: a cross-country skiing trail and walking path connecting the Bouchet Valley to the village. Golf course 3 km away. Lake Annecy and beaches 28 km away. Numerous summer and winter activities, including hiking and walks in the Aravis Mountains.
