44m2 single-storey gîte on the garden level of the owners' chalet.
Warm atmosphere blending mountain spirit and contemporary style.
Separate entrance from terrace: entrance hall with storage space, fitted kitchen opening onto living area (dining table, bench seat, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x190cm, can be twinned into a 160cm bed on request).
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen included. Ski storage.
Private west-facing terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and deckchairs. Garden.
Parking next to the gîte. In winter, Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 1.8km away (Princesse gondola).
Megeve town center and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, skating rink, tennis courts...) 5.5km away.
Combloux village center and biotope lake (summer swimming) 3km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 9km away.
In summer: numerous hiking trails nearby. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 30 minutes away by car.

Le gite est confortable, bien équipé et suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes.
L'accès en véhicule n'est pas forcément évident lorsqu'il y'a de la neige. Le déneigement n'est pas optimal.
Il manque également une connexion Wi-Fi, bien utile pour préparer nos balades. Le réseau internet mobile 4G est faible et ne permet pas de compenser le manque de Wi-Fi.- Cleanliness

Bonjour et merci de votre retour ; Oui effectivement mon accès n'est pas évident , il faut simplement avec de bons pneus voire des chaines à neige mais l'accès est quand même déneigé par un professionnel. Concernant la wifi, oui j' l'ai annulé mais c'est bien indiqué lors de votre réservation car elle n'est pas optimal. Normalement avec la 4 voire la 5 G vous aurez dû l'avoir. Au plaisir malgré tout de vous revoir

Idéalement situé dans une impasse ce gîte offre une vue paisible sur les montagnes. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille début août. L'accueil est très chaleureux, la terrasse et le jardin sont parfait pour profiter de l'extérieur. Toute la famille le recommande les yeux fermés.
