44m2 single-storey gîte on the garden level of the owners' chalet.
Warm atmosphere blending mountain spirit and contemporary style.
Separate entrance from terrace: entrance hall with storage space, fitted kitchen opening onto living area (dining table, bench seat, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 80x190cm, can be twinned into a 160cm bed on request).
Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Bed linen included. Ski storage.
Private west-facing terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue and deckchairs. Garden.
Parking next to the gîte. In winter, Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area 1.8km away (Princesse gondola).
Megeve town center and Palais des Sports (swimming pool, skating rink, tennis courts...) 5.5km away.
Combloux village center and biotope lake (summer swimming) 3km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 9km away.
In summer: numerous hiking trails nearby. Chamonix Mont-Blanc 30 minutes away by car.

Jürgen Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement. La propriétaire est très sympathique. L'appartement était très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Les lits sont confortables et la douche est agréable. La terrasse offre une vue fantastique. Il y a une grande table à manger dans la cuisine et sur la terrasse. À proximité, on trouve de beaux sentiers de randonnée et plusieurs lieux de baignade. Il est recommandé d'avoir une voiture.

Gite très agréable, bien équipé, tranquille, belle vue sur Combloux et la chaine des Aravis, assez proche des commerces.

De nouveau un super sejour a la Vardache. Proprietaire tres accueillante et disponible.
