Between Lake Geneva and the Chablais mountains, panoramic views from the terrace of this 52m² gite on the 1st floor of the owners' holiday home.
Kitchen, living/dining room (sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV).
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140), bedroom 2 (small attic room with 1 bed 140). shower room (shower, WC). Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival.
Private terrace with awning, garden furniture, plancha. Ski room, garden, courtyard, parking on the lower level of the house (basement level) + 1 parking space on the side of the house.
Shuttle bus (winter) 200m away. Portes du Soleil ski area 7.5km (Abondance), Bernex 9km. Chatel or Evian, Thonon, Thermes, Lac Léman 19km. Numerous hiking trails and Switzerland nearby.

sgoubin vacances en famille réussies
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce gîte honnête. Cet appartement de deux chambres à coucher est idéal pour une petite famille (avec toutes les commodités pour bébé). Nous ressentons encore la nostalgie de nous réveiller avec une vue sur les montagnes depuis notre lit :) Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement Michèle pour son accueil aimable et chaleureux, ainsi que pour son hospitalité (y compris les œufs frais).
