Independent entrance via upper first floor (1 step): kitchen opening onto living room (sofa), shower room with WC. Upstairs (access by miller's staircase): bedroom 1 (1 bed 180X190 cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140cm + 1 bed 90cm). Oil-fired central heating + electric auxiliary heating. Sheets and towels available for hire. Wooden terrace with garden furniture. On-site parking. Snow equipment in winter. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Family ski resort of Plaine Joux 6.5km, Chamonix 25km, Thermes de Saint-Gervais 11km, Lac de Passy (swimming) 9km.

    Appartement PASSY
