In the heart of the hamlet of Seythenex, facing the mountains and close to Lake Annecy, gîte (47m²) on the 1st floor of a semi-detached house with two other gîtes. Separate entrance. Kitchen opening onto living room (sofa bed/sleeping area for 1 person), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140cm), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90cm, access to terrace with garden furniture), shower room/WC. Access to a shared garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared laundry room (washing machine). Parking space. Gîte located on the village square, next to the fountain, in the Bauges mountains. Numerous hiking trails nearby, Tamié Abbey 6km away. Fort de Tamié (children's play area) 8km away. Skiing: Aravis resorts 35km (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La croix Fry Merdassier). Lake Annecy 12km. Caves and waterfalls 1.5km away. Faverges (entertainment, shops) 4km. Giez golf course 8km.
