55m2 gîte on 2 levels in a renovated former mountain farmhouse.
The farmhouse also includes the gîte manager's accommodation (adjoining). Each has its own independent entrance.
Access to the gîte via a small outdoor path.
Garden level: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, bench, pellet stove, table and chairs), bathroom (bath, shower cubicle), separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 bunk beds 80cm), separate toilet and washbasin.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
South-east terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Wifi Internet access. Electric heating.
Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking below the gîte (along the road).
Vallorcine village center, local shops and tourist office 1.5km away.

Balme - Vallorcine ski area in village center 1.5km (cable car). Swiss border 3.5km, town of Martigny (Switzerland) 29km.
