In a residential building on a working farm, Holiday cottage of 37 m² on the 1st floor with access from the parking area via an interior staircase. This access is shared with a second Holiday cottage and two year-round apartments.
Access via living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge area (sofa, TV). Dining table for 2. Washing machine.
Bedroom 1 (bed 140x190 cm, open closet) with access to shower room without door (washbasin, shower). Separate WC.
Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Towels must be brought with you. Wifi Internet access via Airbox 4G.
Parking in front of the building. Grocery shop/bar-tapas on the first floor of the building on the street side, run by the owners. Farm with animals (cows, etc.).
Village center 850 m away, shops in Vallières 4.5 km away. Rumilly (Base de loisirs) 9 km. Les Jardins Secrets / Seyssel 11 km, Gorges du Fier 18 km. Ski: Le Semnoz 33 km. Hiking and mountain biking nearby. Aix-les-Bains and Annecy (Lake, Beach) 27/30 km, Geneva 46 km.
Possibility of access to a balcony at the rear of the building, on the 1st floor, with garden furniture and deckchairs.
