122m2 duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floors of a renovated farmhouse (chalet-style), located next to the owners' house.
The immediate environment is calm and unspoilt, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, and a beautiful chalet-style interior.
Access to the gîte is via an outside staircase (separate entrance).

1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto large living room (TV, seating), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (bath), separate toilet, laundry room.
First floor: large, secure mezzanine (TV, bench, desk), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x190cm), shower room (shower cubicle) with toilet.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Courtyard, covered terrace with table and benches overlooking the Mont-Blanc massif. Vast grounds surrounding the gîte.
The first floor is occupied by the owners' daughter.

Skiing in Combloux and Cordon 4km away, Megève 6km. Hiking (summer) and snowshoeing (winter) from the gîte. Chamonix 40 minutes away by car.
Rental price excludes utilities. Access to the gîte via an unsurfaced path for the last 400 m (bring snow equipment in winter).
