Panoramic views and Mountain decor for this 50m² gîte on the first floor of the owners' chalet: - Kitchenette opening onto living room with corner sofa and access to terrace - Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160 cmx200cm), - Bedroom 2 (3 single beds), - Shower room, - Separate toilet. Private terrace, shared courtyard and grounds, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking. Possibility of renting sheets and towels. Central heating. 300-meter walk to shops (cheese factory/sale of local produce, bakery). Other shops and supermarket 4km away. Ski resorts: La Grande Terche 6.5km, Morzine 12km, Avoriaz 15km. Nearby: via ferrata, rock climbing, fishing, rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, mountain lakes, Museums des musiques mécaniques and Abbaye d'Aulps. The owner, an experienced hiker, will advise you on nearby hiking and walking trails. Thonon and its Thermal baths, Lake Geneva 22km away.

Jonathan Excellent stay, close to all ski stations!
Tout était parfait durant notre séjour dans ce chalet au Biot. L'appartement était assez grand pour notre famille de 4 personnes (2 adultes, 2 enfants) et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ustensiles de cuisine et autres équipements. Il y a aussi une pièce où vous pouvez ranger vos chaussures de ski pour les laisser sécher pendant la nuit. Le propriétaire nous a permis (moyennant un prix raisonnable) de recharger notre véhicule électrique (il s'agit d'un 230 volts seulement mais suffisant pour quelques petites charges pendant la nuit).
Les propriétaires sont très sympas et serviables !Everything was perfect during our stay in this chalet in Le Biot. The appartement was large enough for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to equipment. There is also a room where you can store your ski boots to let the dry during the night. The owner allowed us (for a reasonable fee) to charge our electric vehicle (it's a 230 Volt only but enough for some small charges during the night).
