Discover the wood and mountain atmosphere of this traditional Savoyard chalet, ideally located for both summer and winter. Ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. In winter, the chalet is ski-in/ski-out, with the slopes passing right by the private terrace. In summer, you can also enjoy the terrace facing the mountains and the many hiking trails nearby and in the Aravis mountains.

Traditional Savoyard detached chalet, 51m² + large 20m² storage space, located in the village of Chinaillon, an ideal area for both summer and winter stays (at the foot of the slopes). Ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children.
Chalet on 2 levels:
1st floor of the chalet (access by steep staircase): kitchenette, living/dining room with corner sofa, TV, dining table, access to the balcony on the village side and access to the wooden terrace on the slopes and mountains side. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm).
First floor: bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm). Bathroom (Italian shower), separate toilet. Large storage space.
Entrance from first floor or 1st floor (outside staircase).
Bed linen and towels optional.
Private terrace with mountain views, garden furniture (forest table), deckchairs, electric barbecue, parasol. Small garden. Private parking on site in summer (gravel path for the last few meters), parking 80m away in case of snow.
Skiing: the chalet has a ski room with boot dryer, ski rack, helmet storage, etc. The Grand-Bornand/Chinaillon ski runs are right next to the chalet. ESF meeting point nearby for ski lessons. Shuttle bus stop 100m away. Chinaillon village center (shops, restaurants) 5min walk. Le Grand-Bornand center (summer pool, skating rink, activities, etc.) 6km away.
Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Mountain bike hire nearby, numerous hikes starting from the gîte.
