House set back from the departmental road linking Annecy to Doussard by the Lake (D909A - 15m from the house). Easy access to the cycle path (linking Annecy to Albertville) 150m from the house (possibility of renting 2 adult bikes from the owners).
Lake Annecy, first beach, nature reserve at the end of the Lake 1.8km away. Shops in Doussard village center 1.5km. Annecy 17km, Golfs de Giez 5km or Talloires 9.5km. Paragliding landing site in the village.
Ski: Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) 33km away.
Numerous nearby Hiking trails in the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif des Bauges or in the mountains, including the nearby Col de la Forclaz.

Marie W A lovely house close to Lake Annecy
This is a lovely, well equipped gite which is within walking distance of the lake and the village of Doussard. The garden is enclosed and there is a large parking space behind the house, also gated from the road. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The utility room and the covered seating area in the garden are a bonus.
The local area is great - with lovely walks from the doorstep (a footpath runs beside the cycle path down to the lake). Lots to do on the lake and lots of paragliding and bike hire options. Annecy is about a 30 minutes drive or an hour's cycle away - a beautiful place to visit. The restaurant at the hotel in Doussard is excellent. I would recommend this gite and would stay here again in the future.- Cleanliness

cath&francis maison &jardin sympa- proximité route
nous avons apprécié:
- gite spacieux et plutot bien équipé
- jardin clos avec ombre du pommier
- un espace extérieur sous préau qui permet d'être dehors même si pluie
-propreté générale
- proximité voie verte vélo pour se déplacer en sécurité -par exemple pour rejoindre plage doussard à 1,5 kmnous avons moins apprécié
- proximité route vers côte est du lac avec beaucoup de circulation ( bruit voitures en étant dans le jardin)
- pour le confort, un lit en dimension 160cm serait un plus- Cleanliness

Beau gite dommage qu'il soit situé sur une route passante. Relativement bruyant la journée avec le passage des voitures.

Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas pleinement apprécié votre séjour. Nous avons bien précisé sur la fiche descriptive la proximité de la route départementale qui est fréquentée surtout en été en raison de la proximité du lac.
