Spacious 77m2 gîte on one level in a renovated Savoyard farmhouse that also includes an adjoining gîte and owner's accommodation.
Very comfortable, underfloor heating, warm atmosphere combining charm and authenticity.
Separate entrance: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (fireplace, Tv, sofa, desk), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm, Tv).
Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Bed linen provided. Wifi Internet access.
Private grassy terrace with forest table, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue (in summer). Ski room.

Summer access to the gîte via an 800m-long forest path.
In winter, as the chalet is on the ski slopes, access is by foot or snowshoes on a marked footpath. The owner carries luggage and food in winter.
Owners' snack bar on site. Optional: cleaning service available during your stay (€50), in addition to that offered at the end of your stay. Megève center (shops, casino) 4km away. In winter, 10-minute walk.
Megeve center, Palais des Sports (swimming pool, skating rink, wellness center, etc.) 5km away. Mont d'Arbois golf course 3km away.
