Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Balcony - terrace with garden furniture, garden and flat land around the house. Laundry room on first floor with washing machine. Ski room. Private parking. 1.5km from center of Thônes (shops, activities, Piscine). Aravis ski area, La Croix Fry/Manigod (linked to La Clusaz), Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz 12km, Lake Annecy and beaches 16km, Annecy and its old City 21km. Near the Holiday cottage: Hiking, walking, snowshoeing, via ferrata... House on the banks of the River Fier.

JM62 Calme, repos, decouvertes
3ème séjour. Toujours aussi sympa. Une excellente base pour visiter les environs... Thones, La Cluzaz, Le Grand Bornand, Les Aravis, Annecy, Les Confins... que du bonheur !!! Sans oublier la gastronomie...

Nous trois Excellent
Nous recommandons volontiers ce séjour !
Sur le plan matériel, la maison est super (solide, matériaux construction de qualité ; idem pour l'équipement) et le jardin très agréable. On s'y sent bien.La localisation est bonne (commerces et centre ville à proximité). On a pu faire un tas de choses avec un enfant de 2 ans en une semaine.
Les hôtes sont merveilleux parce qu'accueillants, disponibles et compréhensifs. Il règne un parfum de bonheur simple à La Perrière qui pose de bonnes bases pour un séjour à la montagne. Merci !
