The gite is at the foot of the ski slopes in winter, and close to the many hiking trails in the Aravis mountains in summer. Access to the indoor swimming pool of the owners' hotel.

This 76m² Holiday cottage is located on the garden level of the owners' Chalet. Independent entrance (access by outside stairs from the parking lot). Kitchen opening onto living room : TV 102cm, sofa, 1 alcove bed 90cm, access to terrace with panoramic mountain view... 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90x200cm), 1 bathroom (spa bath) and 1 shower room (shower, WC), 1 separate WC, Laundry room next to the gite (washing machine and dryer, ski and bike storage). Bed linen and towels provided. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Parking. Unlimited access to the Wellbeing area with indoor swimming pool in the owners' hotel-restaurant next to the chalet (according to opening dates and times). Activities: Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to La Clusaz ski area) on site, Lake Annecy, beaches 27km away, Annecy 33km away. Numerous summer/winter hiking trails starting from the chalet. All shops in Thônes 8km away.
