Beautiful 160m² detached house on 2 levels in Vinzier, in the heart of the Pays de Gavot, between Lake Geneva and the Portes du Soleil - Vallée d'Abondance. Old farmhouse entirely restored with quality materials. Quiet location.

First floor:
- Entrance hall,
- Kitchen opening onto dining room: American fridge, cooking piano, dining table, Mountain view from large fixed window.
- Access to garden and terrace.
- Office area with sofa, desk (computer screen available).
- 1 separate toilet.
- Laundry room (1 step) with washing machine and dryer, sink, storage space.
First floor:
- Magnificent living room with parquet flooring, wood-burning stove, sofas, connected TV.
- 3 bedrooms: master bedroom 1 (1 bed 180x200cm, balcony, shower room with walk-in shower, basin, wc), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80x200cm, can create 1 double bed 160cm on request), bedroom 3 (2 twin trundle beds 90x200cm),
- Bathroom: 2 basins, shower, wc.
Wifi Internet (fiber). Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Central heating by heat pump (underfloor on 2 levels).
Covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha. Garden. On-site parking. Electric car charging station (extra charge).
You'll be welcomed by the owners' family, who live in the house next door. They have access to a small room at the back of the house (for bike storage and storage only).

    Très beau gîte, très bien équipé, superbe région

    Très beau gîte, extrêmement bien rénové et parfaitement équipé - on se croirait à la maison… la région est superbe et nous en avons bien profité avec nos 4 enfants. Belle vue depuis la maison, un supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Pour les activités, entre le côté lac et le côté montagne, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous recommendons chaleureusement.

    Après l'accueil chaleureux de la part de M. Costes, voisin et parent des propriétaires, nous avons pu prendre possession de cette magnifique maison superbement restaurée.

    Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire pour notre famille de 6 personnes : cuisine équipée au top : rien ne manque, lave linge et seche linge haute capacité et literie de qualité, vue sur la montagne, commodités à 5 min.

    Merci pour ce séjour dans cette magnifique région, je recommande grandement.
