43m² gite on the garden level of a beautiful, renovated traditional farmhouse, including the owners' accommodation and another gite (reference 136193). 1 bedroom, sleeps up to 6.
Separate entrance.
Kitchen opening onto living room (dining area with bar table and stools, TV, convertible sofa-bed 120cm), access to terrace and garden.
1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm and 2 bunk beds 80x190cm with curtains.
Shower room (shower, washing machine), 1 separate toilet.
Wifi internet access. Everything included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and access to the Scandinavian Spa (shared by the 2 gîtes).
Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol. Large plot of land around the chalet (ideal for children in summer and winter). Private parking (gravel path for the last few meters).
Ski: Chinaillon ski lifts 600m away. Shuttle bus stop 200m away. Chinaillon village center (shops, restaurants) 1.5km away. Le Grand-Bornand center (swimming pool, skating rink, activities, etc.) 6km away.
Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Numerous hikes starting from the gîte.
10% discount for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
Pets accepted on request (with additional deposit).

Séjour très agréable
5/5Tres bel accueil du propriétaire, sympathique et disponible.
L'appartement est cosy,tout équipé et fonctionnel. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.
Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé, et le propriétaire a fait en sorte que nous ayons tout le matériel nécessaire à un séjour confortable.
La proximité de sentiers de marche et de la navette en font un endroit agréable et pratique.
