Ideal area for summer and winter stays!

Magnificent 130m² apartment (+28m² attic space) tastefully designed and decorated by the owner. The gîte is housed in a renovated traditional farmhouse that also includes the owners' accommodation and another gîte (reference 136194). Sleeps up to 11.
Gîte located on the top level of the chalet (2nd floor), with independent access from the private terrace at the rear and parking at the side of the chalet (1st floor).
Separate entrance. Large living room with kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (central fireplace - wood not supplied, TV, DVD player) access to private terrace on same level.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower room), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm and 1 bed 90x190cm). Blackout curtains. Shower room, 2 separate toilets.
Mezzanine above living room with 2 clic-clac convertible sofas. Utility room with extra fridge, washing machine and dryer. Ski room with shoe dryer.
Wifi internet access. Everything included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and access to the Scandinavian Spa (shared by the 2 gîtes).
Private wooden terrace with mountain and meadow views, garden and relaxation furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol. Balcony. Large plot of land around the chalet (ideal for children in summer and winter). Private parking (gravel path for the last few meters).
