In the heart of the Chablais region, 25 km from Lake Geneva and the spa town of Thonon.
At the foot of the slopes of the Hirmentaz ski area: house comprising 2 Holiday cottages (55 m2) on the 2nd floor with independent access, and the owners' living quarters.
Kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 and 1 sofa), bedroom 2 (3 beds 90). Bathroom, separate toilet, central heating.
Courtyard, playground, garden furniture. Shared washing machine and dryer.
Holiday cottage close to the Vallée Verte-Lullin road.
On-site: Alpine skiing and cross-country skiing, free winter shuttle to La Chèvrerie, tennis court, pétanque, skateboard park. Hiking, river fishing, lake 6 km.
1 small pet allowed in Holiday cottage on request.

Magnifique gîte

Gite très fonctionnel au pied des pistes propriétaires très à l'écoute et super Gentil, besoin de rien à l'appartement qui est entièrement équipé !!

Très bon séjour dans le CHablais

Excellent séjour. Gîte très bien placé, propriétaires très agréables et arrangeants.
Très belle région.
Juste un léger bémol sur la qualité de la literie.
C'est de toute évidence un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et on reviendra.

Séjour idéal en famille ou en couple.
Appartement très bien équipé.
Nombreuses activités possibles : randonnées, vélo.
Proximité du lac Léman et du village d'Yvoire, du parc animalier des aigles du Léman, des gorges du Pont du Diable....
