In a quiet mountain hamlet, 800 meters from the ski lifts of the Les Brasses resort, detached 70m2 house (fully renovated), arranged on 3 levels next to the owners' house.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (banquette), separate toilet.
1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90, TV, Mt-Blanc view balcony), bathroom (spa bath) / wc.
2nd floor: large attic bedroom (2 beds 90).
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your convenience, bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Small balconies (Mt-Blanc view), small plot of land with garden furniture and barbecue.
Green Up socket for recharging your vehicle (optional, see terms and conditions directly with the owners).
Numerous hikes in summer. Geneva 32km, Cluses 20km. Annecy 55km away.
