In a quiet mountain hamlet, 800 meters from the ski lifts of the resort of Les Brasses, independent house of 70m2 (completely renovated), arranged on 3 levels next to the owners' house.
On the ground floor: Integrated kitchen open to living room (bench), separate wc.
On the 1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 double bed + 1 single bed, TV, balcony with view of Mt-Blanc), bathroom (balneo bath) / wc.
2nd floor: large attic bedroom/mezzanine (2 single beds).
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your comfort, the sheets provided and the beds are made upon your arrival. The bathroom linen is provided. Small balconies (Mt-Blanc view), small ground, below, with garden furniture and barbecue.
Green Up socket to charge your vehicle (optional, see terms and conditions directly with the owners).
Many hikes in summer. Geneva at 32km, Cluses at 20km. Annecy at 55km.
Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%.
