75 m² Holiday cottage in a Semi-detached house with independent access. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with bar area. The living room features a sofa with armchair and coffee table, a TV set, a dining table and a wood-burning stove (wood available).
Shower room and WC.
Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 x 140 cm bed) and bedroom 2 (2 x 90 cm beds) with ample storage space.
Private washing machine and dryer available in basement laundry room with outside access.
Storage space for skis or bikes, cellar. Small landscaped outdoor area.
Parking in front of the house. The Holiday cottage does not offer baby facilities.
Ski: Aravis ski resorts 35km away (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, La croix Fry Merdassier), Val de Tamié Nordic ski area (3km). 5 km from Tamié abbey and Tamié fort (play area for Kids). 13 km from Lake Annecy. Albertville 18 km away. Shops and entertainment in Faverges 6 km.

les normand très bon séjour
nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances dans un endroit qu'on recommande. la situation géographique est excellente pour sillonner la région. le gîte est très bien équipé et les propriétaires sont à nos petits soins.
