In a warm atmosphere, close to the Grand Massif, Portes du Soleil and Praz de Lys-Sommand ski areas, spacious, bright 80m² gite located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse (Ferme Le Coup d'Oeil) that has been fully restored and also includes 3 other gites.
Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (pull-out sofa, wood-burning stove), Bedroom 1 (1 x 160cm bed), Bedroom 2 (2 x 90cm beds). Shower room, separate WC. Laundry room, ski room. Small balcony, garden with barbecue, garden furniture. Carport.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.
Skiing in Morillon/Grand Massif 4km, Les Gets/Les Portes du Soleil 12km, Praz de Lys-Sommand 14km. Leisure center, swimming at 3.5km.

Nous sommes des habitués, nous avons déjà loué le 5 personnes et le 7 personnes, cela fait plusieurs années que nous logeons dans ce chalet pour les fêtes de fin d'année. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Les logements sont grands, confortables, propres et tout est pensé pour que les locataires passent un bon séjour. Les draps sont fournis et les lits faits à l'arrivée ce qui est très appréciable. Nous sommes à 10 minutes à peine en voiture de la télécabine de Samoens.

Pat & Co Vacances de Noël
Nous avions déjà loué ce gîte plusieurs fois auparavant et tout était super. Très contents d’avoir pu y séjourner à nouveau.
C’est propre, confortable, calme, on y est vraiment comme à la maison. Et cette semaine a été magnifique pour le ski, beau temps, belle neige TOP ! Le gîte est à peine à 10 min. en voiture de la station de Morillon (accès au domaine du Grand-Massif).
Si on en a l’occasion c’est avec plaisir que nous relouerons ce gîte.
