Gîte on the 1st floor in a quiet hamlet between Evian-les-Bains and the Abondance valley. Sleeps up to 6. Access by outside staircase.
Separate entrance. Entrance hall with cupboard, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, rapido sofa-bed for 2), bay window giving direct access to terrace-balcony. 1 separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and freezer.)
Duplex: bedroom 1 (1 x 160x200cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 80x200cm twin beds to create 1 double bed on request), shower room (basin, shower, heated towel rail, wc).
Terrace-balcony with garden furniture (forest table), deckchairs and plancha. Large wooded garden shared with owner.
Private ski and bike room. Parking in the courtyard in front of the gîte.
