La Grange du Crot

A 5-minute drive from the Fer-A-Cheval Nature Reserve: a cozy holiday cottage with a charming Chalet-style decor, located in a quiet area of Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval. Skiing is 3 km away in winter, and the village center is 2 km away. Hiking trails start right here.

A 38-square-meter holiday cottage (+5 square meters in the attic), located on the first floor of a fully renovated old Savoyard farmhouse built in the Chalet style.
The holiday cottage has its own separate entrance (access is via an outdoor staircase).
The Chalet also includes the owners’ living quarters on the ground floor.

The cottage is laid out as follows:
- Main level (1st floor): entryway, open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (TV, sofa, dining area), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
- Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190 cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190 cm)
Sheets are included. Housekeeping is included in the rate. Wifi Internet.
Balcony/terrace facing the Mountain (dimensions: 1.2 m x 4.2 m) with patio furniture (table and chairs) and lounge chairs.
Parking 40 m from the holiday cottage (unloading allowed at the foot of the stairs).

Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval village center 2 km away (grocery store, bakery, Restaurant, rafting in summer). Parking lot at the Fer-A-Cheval Nature Reserve is 3 km away (5 minutes by car).
Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval resort is 3 km away: the Sixt resort is connected to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle buses.
It’s possible to ski back to Sixt from the Cascades trail (depending on snow conditions).
Near the Giffre River: whitewater sports, fishing, rock climbing, via ferrata, and a greenway bike path.

Samoëns village resort, 7.5 km away: Grand-Massif Express gondola, Piscine, Ice rink, Base de loisirs, all shops and Restaurants.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car.
