55m² gîte (+ 20m² attic space) on the ground floor (access via 2 steps) of a restored traditional farmhouse, including 2 owner's apartments on the lower level. Sleeps 4 to 6 maximum (extra charge for additional adults).

Beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area (bar with stools, TV, sofa bed, armchairs, dining table).
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 electric bed 140x190cm, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), sleeping area on mezzanine above living room (maximum height 130cm) with 1 bed 140cm and 2 beds 80cm.
Shower room, 1 separate toilet.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen also provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Underfloor central heating. Shared washing machine.
Private terrace area in front of the gîte with garden furniture and large garden/terrace shared with the owners at the front of the chalet for a relaxing moment surrounded by mountains, with magnificent panoramic views (Etale, Mont-Charvin). Table tennis, garden table, deckchairs, plancha, small pond... 2 private parking spaces.
The owner, a mountain guide, can advise you on the many summer and winter hikes starting from and near the chalet. The owner is also a fishing specialist.
Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to La Clusaz) 10km, shuttle bus stop 4km from village center (winter only, access to La Croix Fry, Merdassier, La Clusaz).
