5 minutes by car from the center of Les Carroz resort: 138m2 duplex gîte in a former Savoyard farmhouse entirely renovated in a contemporary chalet style.
The gîte offers views of the surrounding mountains thanks to the large windows on the south and west facades.
The house also includes another gîte, as well as independent owner's accommodation on the first floor.
The gîte has its own private entrance (access to the gîte via a few outside steps from the parking lot).
Elevated first floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (TV, sofa, wood-burning stove), separate toilet, laundry room, bathroom (bath), leading to bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm).
Upstairs: mezzanine with office area and relaxation area (Tv, rapido convertible sofa offering 140x190cm extra sleeping space), bedroom 2 (4 beds 80x200cm which can be twinned into 2 beds 160cm on request), shower room (shower, sauna), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm: beds can be separated into 2 beds 80cm on request).
Towels and sheets included (beds made on arrival). 2 additional persons maximum on request: 30€/pers/week
South-facing terraces, including a large covered one with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Private parking in front of gîte entrance (one covered space).
The gîte has a secure ski/bike room (with electric shoe dryer).
Possibility of recharging your electric vehicle via a reinforced external socket (extra charge).
Ski bus stop for Les Carroz, bakery and ski rental 150m from the gîte.
