88m² detached Holiday cottage on the garden level of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse in the heart of the Mont-Blanc region, close to the Combloux and Megève ski areas.

From the parking lot, access to the Holiday cottage is via 11 gently sloping steps.
Accommodation comprises a separate fitted kitchen, living/dining room (dining area, TV, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 90x190cm + 1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (Italian shower), separate toilet.
Oil heating. Wifi Internet access.
Garden, terrace area with forest table, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs.
Large storage room for your skis, bikes or other leisure equipment. Private parking (2 spaces).
For your convenience, bed linen is included (Beds made on arrival).
The Holiday cottage is located next to the owners' Chalet. The owners have a garage above the Holiday cottage.

Combloux village center 5 minutes' drive (1.8km): shops, restaurants and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc, wellbeing area).
For winter skiing: access to the Combloux ski area 1.5km away via the Bouchet ski lift (link to the Jaillet/Megève ski area).
Main Combloux ski area parking lot (Cruy Cuchet) 3.5km away. Princesse gondola lift 3.7km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area): 7 minutes by car.
Megève 7km (10-minute drive): Casino, Golf, Piscine, Ice rink...
Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 11km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km (40-minute drive). Annecy and Lake Geneva approx. 1h00 away.
Numerous Hiking and snowshoeing trails in the area in all seasons.
