76m² duplex Holiday cottage (+40m² attic space) on the 1st floor of a traditional village house, including owner's accommodation. Good location, close to village center. Quiet area.
Independent access to the Holiday cottage from the rear of the house.
Fully equipped open kitchen with dining area: island with stools, dining table, bay window opening onto terrace. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, washing machine, toilet.
Duplex: relaxation/reading area on mezzanine, living room (sofa, armchair, TV). 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm).
Bathroom linen provided, Beds made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
West-facing terrace with garden table, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking in courtyard.
Underfloor central heating by heat pump. Closed ski/bike room.
Village center within walking distance (150m): small shops, restaurants, mini-market. Supermarket in Vinzier 5km away.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au chalet la Grange à Bernex.la propriétaire était très gentille et disponible. La location magnifique. Tout est neuf et bien agencé. Il ne manquait rien. Les lits étaient faits à l arrivée..il y avait le linge de toilette qui sentait bon. Vraiment c est appréciable de tomber sur pareille location. Une propreté impeccable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet endroit et espère y revenir. Je n hésiterai pas à recommander cette location.

Je ne peux que recommander ce gîte. Il est tres spacieux, propre, bien situé au centre du village. Literie vraiment confortable. Et que dire de la propriétaire, Martine est vraiment sympathique. Bref aucun point négatif. Pour dire, nous avons deja réservé nos vacances pour l annee prochaine.

Juste parfait,un très joli logement, très propre, aménagé avec soin.Tout est bien pensé et de qualité.Le chalet est spacieux et clair, très bien situé,et les propriétaires sont charmantes et à votre écoute.Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et avons hâte de pouvoir y revenir très vite...
