The bedroom, living room and balcony offer a magnificent view of Mont-Blanc and the Chamonix valley.
The Holiday cottage comprises: living room with integrated kitchenette open onto living room (dining table, rapido sofa bed, 140x190cm), bedroom (TV, 2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bath and toilet).
10m2 balcony facing Mont-Blanc (dimensions: 1.5mx7m), with table and 4 chairs + lounge.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Private covered parking space behind the condominium, or free parking outside.

Combloux ski area 2.7km (5 minutes by car): the Combloux ski area is linked to Megève (Le Jaillet) and La Giettaz.
Megève 10 minutes by car (6.5km): shops, Casino, Golf, and Palais des Sports (Piscine, Ice rink, Wellbeing...).
Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 12km away (15 minutes by Valais elevator). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km away (30 minutes by car). Annecy and Lake Geneva approx. 1h00 away.
Numerous all-season hiking and snowshoeing trails in the area: hiking trails are signposted from the residence.
