South-facing, with panoramic views of the mountains and ski area.
Independent entrance via outside staircase (covered).
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto a large living room (Tv, corner sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), small spare bedroom/mountain area with 2 bunk beds 80cm.
Shower room (Italian shower), bathroom (bath), 2 separate toilets. Central heating. Wifi Internet access.
South-facing balcony with panoramic view (mountains, ski area). Parking: 1 covered space + 1 outdoor space.
Bed linen included. Towels can be rented.
Skiing in La Clusaz 1km away, Lac des Confins (fishing) 2.5km away. Center of La Clusaz (all shops & activities) 2km. Col des Aravis 8km away. Numerous hiking trails nearby.
Shuttles to village or ski resort 200m away.
Lake Annecy and first beaches 35 minutes away by car.

ZEBULON SEJOUR CHALET GENTIANE
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Le chalet est superbe, tout en bois, c'est très confortable et avons bénéficié d'une magnifique vue sur la montagne.
Il est très bien équipé.
Il faudrait juste améliorer la réception internet qui est très faible.Je recommande ce logement.

Ludi83 Beau gîte spacieux avec superbe vue
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille dans ce très beau gîte avec une superbe vue.
Chambres confortables aux nombreux rangements très appréciés. Cuisine et pièce de vie spacieuses.
J’ai mis la note de 1 pour l’accueil du propriétaire car nous ne l’avons pas vu durant tout notre séjour et elle ne répondait pas à nos messages une fois que nous avions pris possession du gîte. Plusieurs éléments de cuisine sont cassés et à remplacer (toutes les assiettes à dessert, le broc à eau) et la cocotte minute n’est pas complète. Ces manques ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.- Cleanliness

Les Nantais !!! Excellente prestation
Un cadre idéal pour une prestation de haut niveau.
L'espace de vie est parfaitement agencé pour en profiter au maximum, nous recommandons à tous ceux et celles qui souhaitent passer d'agréable moment entre amis et/ou en famille dans ce chalet.
