In the heart of Haute-Savoie: spacious guest house in a quiet, unspoilt area, at the end of a small private cul-de-sac.
The house, which overlooks the Arve valley, is surrounded by large open spaces (fields, Forest).
The 4 bedrooms are located in a private part of the owners' house, which is entirely dedicated to guests.
There are 3 bed and breakfast rooms for 2 people on the 1st floor, and a large family room for 2 to 4 people on the 2nd.
Each room has a TV, wi-fi internet connection, mountain view, private bathroom with shower and toilet, toiletries and courtesy tray.
Bed linen and towels are included. A hearty breakfast, prepared with fresh produce, is included in the nightly rate.
On the first floor: fully-equipped fitted kitchen (free access), large dining and breakfast table, and sitting area with TV and sofa.
Breakfast (included in the price) is served in this common room.
Large communal terrace, pétanque court and outdoor heated Piscine open from April to late October (heated to 28°C, size 8mx4m).
On-property parking: 1 parking space per room.
Possibility of renting out all rooms, and privatizing the structure as a Holiday cottage (on request).

Local shops and services 1.5km away (center of Scionzier). Supermarket 2km away.
Grand Massif ski area 25 minutes away by car (Les Carroz 18km, Morillon 19km). Romme-Sur-Cluses Nordic ski area (+ beginners' downhill area) 11km away.
Numerous Hiking trails in the Bargy and Aravis areas or on the Solaison plateau (25 minutes away).
Geneva 40 minutes away by car, Annecy and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 45 minutes away, Lake Geneva, Yvoire and beaches around 50 minutes away.
