This gîte (58m²) is set on the ground floor of a tastefully restored old farmhouse that also includes the owners' living quarters, close to the center of the resort. High-quality amenities. Separate entrance. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room (wood-burning stove, pull-out sofa bed 2x80 or 1x160cm), access to terrace and garden, bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom, separate WC. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Ski room in gîte, laundry room. Private parking (1st floor). Downhill skiing 300m away, cross-country skiing 4km away, shuttles 150m away, snowshoeing and hiking nearby. Resort center (all shops) 500m away. Lake Annecy 27km away.

Appartement au rez-de-jardin d’un magnifique chalet savoyard, avec terrasse donnant sur superbe jardin ensoleillé.
Situation idéale avec village facilement accessible à pieds.
Propriétaire très communicante et sympathique.
Appartement très bien équipé, avec déco typique et un petit poêle à bois fonctionnel !Super séjour dans une vallée où les activités sont nombreuses et la nature époustouflante !

Martine Séjour très agréable face aux Aravis
Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour : gîte près au village, au calme avec un jardin très agréable, intérieur très bien aménagé et très propre,sans oublier l'accueil de la propriétaire. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette location.

Marie séjour du 7au14 juin
Gîte très bien situé pour les randonnés. C'est la deuxième fois que nous louons ce gîte. Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir les propriétaires bien sympathiques et le confort du gîte que nous trouvons pratique et fait avec goût.
