57m2 gîte on the first floor of a fully renovated character farmhouse, including the owners' accommodation (upstairs).
The gîte has its own independent entrance.
Entrance hall with storage space, fitted kitchen opening onto dining area, living room (wood-burning stove, TV, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), communicating with bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet.
Private parking space next to gîte. Wifi Internet access.

Large enclosed garden in front of the gîte, shared with the owners. Private terrace with barbecue, parasol and forest table.

Petit gite au calme, pas loin des Houches, pas loin de la vallée (courses), rapidement à Chamonix, très bon rapport qualité-prix, équipement correct, manque un peu de place avec les affaires de ski, propriétaire agréable vivant à côté
