Beautifully renovated old family farmhouse comprising a gite, the owners' living quarters and two other dwellings belonging to the owners' family. Independent access. The gite is on the 1st floor of the house. Access is from the side of the house directly to the 1st floor (gite on the same level as the parking lot).
39m² gîte with small entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm, access to small balcony with garden furniture), small bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 80cm), shower room, separate WC. Washing-machine dryer in shower room. Sheets and towels provided.
Private parking lot. Ski room. Central heating. Wifi internet access.
La Clusaz ski area 800m away, shuttle bus 50m from gite. Resort center (all shops) 1.5km away. Les Confins (cross-country skiing, fishing) 6.5km away. Numerous hikes and walks nearby in the Aravis Massif. Lake Annecy 26km, Annecy 33km.

Les jurassiens Séjour en montagne très agréable.

Logement que nous avions déjà loué plusieurs fois lors des étés précédents.
C'est avec grand plaisir que nous avons une nouvelle fois logé à la ferme du Cropt.

nounours séjour a la montagne
un trés agréable séjour dans ce gîte le seul petit bémol un bac a douche glissant
un tapis antidérapant serait le bien venu et a part un manque de vie dans la station (trop tôt dans la saison ) nous avons fait d'agréables ballades.
je recommande ce gîte a ceux qui aiment la montagne- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’appart est très sympa. La propriétaire très réactive.
Plutôt bien desservi par la navette gratuite (environ une par heure) qui emmène sur 3 remontées différentes.

AS JOURDAN Très bon séjour à la Clusaz
Très agréable séjour à la Clusaz .
Magnifiques vacances d hiver (mi février) avec une météo parfaite.
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire , très à l écoute et réactive.
Le gîte est idéalement placé, navettes gratuites à 2 min, pistes également à proximité menant au centre de la station.
Le gîte est très agréable, fonctionnel et calme.
