Beautifully renovated old family farmhouse comprising a gite, the owners' living quarters and two other dwellings belonging to the owners' family. Independent access. The gite is on the 1st floor of the house. Access is from the side of the house directly to the 1st floor (gite on the same level as the parking lot).
39m² gîte with small entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm, access to small balcony with garden furniture), small bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 80cm), shower room, separate WC. Washing-machine dryer in shower room. Sheets and towels provided.
Private parking lot. Ski room. Central heating. Wifi internet access.
La Clusaz ski area 800m away, shuttle bus 50m from gite. Resort center (all shops) 1.5km away. Les Confins (cross-country skiing, fishing) 6.5km away. Numerous hikes and walks nearby in the Aravis Massif. Lake Annecy 26km, Annecy 33km.

Matute Gedeelde chalet geflankeerd door Col des Aravis
Prachtig uitgeruste gedeelde chalet op begane grond. Ruime parking. Alles wat nodig is voor een comfortabel verblijf is aanwezig. Alleen jammer dat er geen horren zijn (immens veel vliegende insecten) - ook een ventilator zou welkom geweest zijn, want zelfs voor de grote hitte toeslag, was het in de chalet al heel erg warm. Afkoeling kon enkel door de ramen open te zetten en dan kwamen met grote horden insecten binnen ! Idealiter zou zijn om in deze ruimte een eenvoudige airco te plaatsen ! Een zeer goed zittende fauteuil in de living is echt een meerwaarde. Net als het bed met een uitstekende matras waarop het zeer goed slapen is ! Kortom een prima verblijf met een meer dan bevredigende prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding ! Indien er ooit een oplossing gevonden wordt voor de insecten en de warmte, twijfelen we niet om nogmaals deze chalet te reserveren voor 4 weken !

Très bon accueil des propriétaires et de leur fille disponible. Seul petit bémol: le canapé bien que très récent n'est pas du tout adapté à une position confortable pour regarder la télé (ceci est notre appréciation). Le reste était parfait.
