At the foot of the Mont-Blanc massif: 66m2 Holiday cottage warmly renovated in the spirit of a Chalet, in the heart of an old farmhouse full of character.
The Holiday cottage is on the 1st floor, with 2 terraces and a beautiful view of Mont-Blanc (+ Aiguille du Midi, Bossons glacier, Drus).
The accommodation comprises a beautiful living room with integrated kitchen opening onto the lounge (wood-burning stove, TV, sofa bed 140x190cm), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, private shower room), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), separate shower room (shower, wc), separate wc, and laundry area (washing machine).
Everything included: bed linen (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access.
South-facing balcony/terrace (table and chairs), north-facing terrace (table, benches, barbecue). Secure ski/bike room.
Private parking on site, with the option of recharging an electric vehicle (reinforced socket).
Access to Holiday cottage via outside staircase. City gas heating.
The owner, a wine and spirits merchant, has converted the lower part of the farm for wine tastings (work in progress).

400m from Holiday cottage (6-minute walk): La Flégère cable car (winter skiing and summer Hiking: Lake Blanc), 18-hole golf course, small shops (restaurants, bars, ski rental).
Cross-country skiing 500m away in winter. Shuttle bus stop (Chamonix-bus) 100m away, and Les Praz train station 200m away: links to the whole Chamonix valley as far as Martigny in Switzerland.
Chamonix town center, QC Thermal baths 2.5km away (5 minutes by car). Signposted path along the Arve to Chamonix (approx. 20 minutes' walk).
